Dr. Shaik Sofia Rani holds a Ph.D. in Sustainability and Organizational Design from the Department of Design, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. Her research interests are in Sustainability, Life Cycle Assessment, Techno-economic Assessment, Competency indicators and Human Resource Management. Dr. Sofia has publications in reputed international journals like SETA, IJGW, Energies, IOP series and so on. She has also participated in and presented at various international conferences. Apart from having 1 year teaching experience as Assistant Professor, she has an industrial experience of 6 years and served as Human Resource Manager before pursuing her doctorate. Dr. Sofia provided her services in Learning and Development area where she trained multiple employees on corporate behavior and managerial communication procedures. She has also served in other core areas of Human Resources like recruitment, performance appraisal and compensation management. Along with these, she delivered talks to undergraduate and post graduate management students on real-time corporate issues and culture.

Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Operational Excellence and an M.Tech in Manufacturing Technology, Dr. Tharun brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to the academic environment. Having served in key administrative positions such as Dean and HoD, Dr. Tharun demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills. The professional journey includes significant contributions as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Naval Academy and Assistant Manager of International Netherlands Group.His research endeavors are notable, with numerous contributions published in esteemed top-tier journals, particularly in the domains of Quality Engineering and Operational Excellence. The commitment to staying at the forefront of research is further evident through active participation and paper presentations in international conferences. Currently associated with Rajagiri, Dr. Tharun Thomas continues to contribute to the field of Operational Excellence through teaching, research, and leadership roles.

International economics and sustainable development are his forte. He teaches management students Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, Sustainable Development and Corporate Sustainability, and Global Business Environment. He has interest in studying bilateral relations between India and South Korea. He has been appointed as a regional expert by Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency. Since 2023, he has been working as an external coordinator for International Labour Organization. Through the collaboration with agencies above, he pursues practical application of economics’ theories for partnership between India and South Korea. He coordinates various programmes in association with Korean partner universities, governmental agencies and international organisations. He wants to grow youths to become leaders for their community and their neighbours. His research interests include Geo-Political Cooperation and Socio-Economic Engagement Between India and South Korea.

Anu Ann Alexander holds a PhD in Management from IIT Bombay and a PG Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. Her thesis is on Social Entrepreneurship for Social Change: Understanding the Entrepreneurial Processes and Change Outcomes. Her research interests are in social entrepreneurship, social change, institutional work, institutional logics approach, inclusive innovation, framing and sustainable development goals. Her research has been presented at various reputed international and national conferences such as AOM and INDAM. She has research articles published and under review in ABDC-listed journals. She is also a reviewer for the journal International Journal of Rural Management (Sage Publication). She has a cumulative experience of 3 years working in social sector organisations.

A Finance professional holds her Ph.D in Banking and Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Started career as Assistant Manager in South Indian Bank Ltd, holding responsibilities of Branch Operations Manager and Core banking implementation team member. After 5 years of corporate experience shifted to Teaching and Research and was faculty Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME, Kochi)and Naipunnya Business School.With above 8 years in teaching her expertise spreads over Economics, Financial Management, Forex Management, International Business.She was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award-Country Champion 2022 (India) by CGMA Global University and Academic Centre CIMA –UK and is the academic champion India for CIMA-UK.

Her Global outlook fostered by the five years teaching in the Middle East Countries (Dubai & Bahrain) She was awarded Ph.D. in Commerce (Media and Political Marketing in Kerala) by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam). Mrs. Bhagyalakshmi S Pai holds a PhD from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.  Her doctoral thesis was on the topic “A Study on Green Initiatives of Commercial Banks in Kerala”. She holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Finance) with eighth rank at Mahatma Gandhi University and is qualified for the State Level Eligibility Test with a teaching experience of about ten years. She has also completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from SDE, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. She has to her credit various publications in approved journals and has attended several workshops and conferences at international, national, and state levels. She is an awardee of best paper presentation at two international conferences. Her areas of interest are Income Tax, Banking, Accounting, Business Law, Financial Management, Research Methodology and Human Resource Management.

With over 13years of teaching and mentoring management students both in PG and UG level, she is a dedicated management faculty member known for developing and implementing activities that enhance student learning and behavioral skills through creative lesson planning and student-centered teaching approaches. Dr. Linda Susan Mathew holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, an MBA in Marketing and Systems from IBS Bangalore, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology. With 15 years of combined teaching and industry experience, including a position as Assistant Professor at CET School of Management, expertise lies in Marketing Management, Analytics, and Systems, with research interests in Brand Management. Publications include articles in reputed journals, and participation extends to national and international conferences. Equipped with strong technical skills in MS Excel, IBM SPSS Amos, Tableau and R, innovative teaching methods and case studies are integrated into academic sessions. Aby did his PGDM and doctorate in management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and holds mechanical engineering degree from CET, Trivandrum. He teaches consumer behavior related topics along with Brand, Retail and Services management. Previously, he functioned as Director for Asian School of Business, Trivandrum and taught as an adjunct faculty at Business Administration Department of Dubai University College. Aby left industry to purse doctoral research at XLRI.   He looks for ‘meaning of possessions’, leading to the process of meaning making. Thus, his area of interest covers semiotics to social anthropology in consumer behavior side of marketing. The cultural changes due to social class change, impact of technology, and media, do change consumer’s taste, and the resultant possessions and meanings derived; thus, making it imperative to understand the process and direction. Country of Origin effects and entry strategies to culturally diverse markets are also of interest. He entered academics with 23 years of professional experience, starting as an engineer on the shop floor to Area Manager to Regional Contracts Manager to Heading Country Operations, with various international firms; like Lloyd’s Register, ABS Group, Bureau Veritas, Velosi etc. This enabled him to have a broad view of real-life business scenarios that is useful in understanding ground realities. Although his industry career, he worked in B2B Services sector of Petro chemical Industry.

CA (Dr.) Ajay Lunawat is a faculty in the area of Finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 47th All India Rank in May 2006. He is also a holder of Diploma in Information Systems Audit & Certification in IFRS from ICAI, SAP-FI Certified Associate, NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certified and B.Com. (4th Rank, Amravati University). After serving the industry for 8 years in companies like Nestle and Axis Bank, he shifted to academics. He was awarded PhD in Commerce from Shri JJT University, Rajasthan. His research interests are in areas of Financial Reporting, Integrated Reporting and Corporate Governance.  He has contributed e-lectures and study materials for the Board of Studies, ICAI. He has also been an international visiting scholar to Western Michigan University, USA and Nazareth College, USA. He was awarded an honorary fellowship by the International Association of Accounting Professionals, UK.

Dr. Anto Joseph earned his Ph.D. in finance from IFHE University, Hyderabad and has more than ten years of teaching experience. Prior to joining RCSS, he had been teaching subjects in Finance and Accounting to MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. students at IBS, Hyderabad. His research interest includes areas like corporate finance, green finance, market microstructure, and asset pricing. He has published articles in reputed journals like Economic Modelling, Finance Research Letters, International Journal of Managerial Finance, Economic Bulletin, etc. and also presented papers at different national and international conferences.

Dr. Anu Antony currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance and Economics. She holds a PhD from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam and has over a decade of teaching expertise. Recently, she successfully concluded her post-doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar. Dr. Antony's extensive areas of focus encompass Behavioral Finance, Corporate Finance, Green Finance, Regulatory Interventions, Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets. Her research contributions have been presented at various conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

After MBA in operations management from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee he had a short stint with a manufacturing firm, as part of the top management team handling manufacturing operations and strategy. He has done his B-Tech in mechanical engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum and has worked in the area of service operations in the IT sector for three years.

He is an approved PhD guide for Bharathidasan University and 2 of his research scholars have been awarded PhD in Marketing. He has helped Femina Group of companies to launch a successful retail outlet ‘FSM’ in Trichy through his consulting work. He was in the advisory board of Femina Shopping Mall (Textile Division). He worked in the Textile Industry for 3 years both in threads & Garments. He has an academic experience of 23 years. He is presently the Associate Dean – Research at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies. He was the Area Chair for Marketing Domain at Rajagiri. He also served as the editor Rajagiri Management Journal and Chairman Research committee of Rajagiri Center for Business Studies. Prior to joining Rajagiri he served Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy, as assistant professor, associate professor and head of department for 13 years.  He was the head of department for Master of Foreign Trade at Kodaikanal Christian College, Kodaikanal for 2 years. Deepak Babu is a Masters In Business  Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University  and a Bachelors in Technology in Biotechnology specialization in Genetic Engineering from A.A.I.D.U Allahabad. His areas of interest include Operations Management,. Operations Research, Statistics, Marketing, Research Methodology and Marketing Research. He has been an external resource person for Centre for Advanced Research and Training, Christ university and published various articles  in national and international journals in the field of operations, marketing and General Management.

With more than 19 years of experience in the industry and academics, his interests include marketing, branding, marketing research and sales. A keen observer of brands and marketing practices, he authors the internationally renowned marketing blog – Marketing Practice. An MBA in Marketing and Executive PGDM in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Kozhikode, his career started with India’s leading media house – Malayala Manorama Co Ltd . She was a visiting scholar at Western Washington University, Bellingham, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Columbus State University, Columbus, and Nazareth College, Rochester. Under the Erasmus Scholarship, she visited and took sessions in cross-cultural communication at the Artevelde University in Belgium. On centre, she spearheads various student development activities.

A consultant and trainer in the field of Research Methodology, his teaching experience spans twenty-five years. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology and has done Faculty Development Programme (FDP) in Management and Business Studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has been a Visiting International Scholar at Western Michigan University, USA, and was also engaged in research on Employee Stock Option Plan and Corporate Performance. He has received his doctoral degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in the topic "Innovative Human Resource Practices and HR Outcomes in Software Firms. He has received the prestigious AUDI Professorship 2013 Fellowship. He made a presentation in Audi Company in Ingolstadt Germany on 'People Management Challenges for German Managers in India'. Manoj Mathew holds a PhD in Management from School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. His doctoral thesis was in the area of Managerial performance. He holds masters in Economics [Calicut University] and Personnel Management [Mahatma Gandhi University] as well as an FDP from IIM- Ahmedabad. He started his career in the industry as a Human Resource Management professional and worked with companies such as AVT McCormick and Amalgam Foods Ltd for five years before joining academics. He teaches core and specialization papers in the area of HRM and OB along with the additional responsibility of heading the Office of Corporate relations. Ancy Sara Philip holds a PhD in Economics from Curtin University Australia and an MPhil in Economics from Hyderabad Central University.  Prior to joining Rajagiri, she has worked as a guest faculty in Curtin University Malaysia and as a lecturer in SCMS-Cochin. Her research focuses on household and intrahousehold decision-making in Global South, Control and ownership of economic assets, economic policy debates on gendered aspects of wellbeing and methodological aspects of mixed method design. She has presented research papers in various international conferences including ACSPRI Social science Methodology conference of 2020. She has research experience coordinating and participating in research activities while working in Centre for Public Policy, Kochi. She has also completed various research training programmes from e-Grad school of Queensland University.

Angela completed her PhD in Information Systems from Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. She is UGC NET qualified. Prior to Rajagiri, she was working as Senior Faculty (Online) with Eaton Business School. Her research interests include e-governance and citizen engagement. Her teaching interests include Management Information System, E-business and Business Analytics.  She has previously worked with Rajagiri Business School and represented RBS in the International Staff Week at Vives University, Belgium in 2016.

Ann Mary Jose completed her PhD on the topic “A Study on Spatial Inequalities and Policy Responses in India”, Department of Economic and Finance, Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), Chennai, which was then affiliated to University of Madras. She holds an Integrated Masters degree in Economics from Central University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. She is UGC NET qualified. Also, she has been worked as a Research Assistant at Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad, Telangana. Her research focuses on various types of inequalities persist in Indian society and the effectiveness of different policy initiatives to tackle it. Her research interest is in the area of development economics, public policy, impact evaluation studies and open macro-economics. Currently, she has been working on issues related to gender inequality and wage differentials among Indian wage earners. She has publications in Journal of Public affairs, Economic & Political Weekly, Indian journal of economics etc, and has papers under review in various reputed journals.

Prof. Arun Abraham Elias is the Director and Dean of Rajagiri Business School in Kochi, Kerala, India. He has previously held senior leadership positions as the Dean of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at Fiji National University and various roles, including Associate Dean (International and Accreditation), and MBA Director at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Academically, Prof Elias is a PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington and holds two Master degrees—one in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and the other in Agricultural Engineering from Allahabad University. Prof. Elias has an extensive publication record, with recent articles pertaining to systems thinking, stakeholder analysis, and sustainable supply chain management. Additionally, he has engaged in various academic roles such as being a mentor with AASCB, a panel member of AMBA Accreditation Panel, and a fellow at the New Zealand-India Research Institute. His research and teaching expertise lies in systems thinking and modelling, stakeholder management and environmental conflict management.

Ayan Chatterjee has done his FPM in Operations and Supply Chain Management (with special emphasis on Analytics) from SPJIMR, Mumbai. His research area includes Descriptive Analytics, Discrete Choice Modelling, Multi-Attribute Decision Making, and Behavioral Operations. He has research publications in various journals to his credit. He has also presented papers in different conferences. He has worked for a short while as a Research Associate (RA) at IIM Calcutta- Operations Management Group.

Bala Subramanian R has overall 15 years of experience in academic and two years in industry. He has completed Fellow Program in Management specialized in OB area. His doctoral thesis examines the role of employees’ gratitude and team performance. He has conducted training for the employees of TVS, India Post, NALCO, and Prachar Bharati, Odisha.

Dr. Brahmadev has done his full time Ph.D. degree in finance from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela. He holds MCOM, MBA and MPhil in commerce prior to his doctoral degree. He is the recipient of the doctoral research fellow from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. His Ph.D. research focused on the effect ownership structure on firm performance and liquidity. His research interest includes corporate finance, corporate governance and financial market. He has published research papers in many national and international journals of repute. He has presented his research works at IIMA, IIMB and IIMR. He has published case studies at Case Center, UK and Sage. He has attended many faculty development programs and workshops conducted by IIM Kozhikode and NIT Rourkela. He has around 11 years of experience consisting of both industry and academia. He has taught accounting and finance papers to BBA, PGDM and MBA students. He has trained corporate executives of West Coal Fields from Coal India Ltd. He has worked with institutions like IMIS Bhubaneswar, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Bhopal and Symbiosis Institute of Business Studies (SIBM) prior to joining with Rajagiri Business School.

Teaching in finance domain in the areas of accounting and finance. She has 13+ years of teaching experience in finance related subjects for ACCA, CA, MBA & PGDM. Expertise soft skill trainer for newly qualified professionals. Chief Founder & Mentor, EDUPORT Career Solutions Private Limited. She has worked as an Audit executive in Ernst and Young, Chennai. She was the first Program Co-ordinator for Orientation and GMCS for Gurgaon Branch of ICAI.  Faculty at Gurgaon, Amravati, Raipur & Bhilai Branch of ICAI for GMCS and Orientation, also worked as a senior content developer for Educomp Solutions (P) Ltd.  Her teaching interests are Financial Accounting, Business Law, Cost and Management Accounting, and Corporate Finance.She is also a Guest Lecture at Artevelde University, Ghent Belgium.

Rev. Dr. Francis Sebastian CMI is the Assistant Director of the Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Valley Campus). Fr. Francis received his PhD in neuromarketing and completed MBA from VIT Business School. He is an engineering graduate in Bio-informatics. He has completed FDP from IIM-A, and ESP from Catholic 
University Lille, France. He is  a well-known resource person in the field of education, entrepreneurship, SDG and social marketing. 
He has been a visiting international scholar at Padua University, Italy; Vives University, Belgium; Catholic  University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany; Western Michigan University, USA; Nazareth College, Maryland, USA; and Pontifical Catholic University, Quito, Ecuador, NCKU, Taiwan. He has presented papers in various International Management conferences as well as  in the international think-tank forum KIEP (Seoul). He has published many research articles and case studies in various reputed peer-reviewed journals. Fr. Francis has domain expert in the areas of Neuromarketing, social marketing  and consumer engagement. He has undertaken various consultancy projects for CHAI and many other organizations.

Dr. Garima Sisodia has earned her PhD from IFHE University, Hyderabad in the area of finance. Before joining Rajagiri Business School, she has taught post graduate and doctoral students in the area of accounting, finance and market microstructure at IBS Hyderabad for more than a decade. Her area of interest in research includes price discovery of cross-listed securities, market integration between developed and emerging markets and innovations and ethics in modern market microstructure. The cases and simulations authored by her are used for teaching MBA students at IBS Hyderabad and are published at Case Center, UK and IBS Case Development Centre (CDC), the third largest case repository in the world. She has presented papers at prestigious conferences and published research articles in international journals of repute like Economic Modelling, Finance Research Letters, International Journal of Managerial Finance, etc. "She serves as a guest referee at Journal of Public Affairs,  Rajagiri Management Journal and IUP Journal of Accounting Research and Audit Practices.". She has designed and delivered MDP sessions for executives of reputed companies like ONGC and ITC Paperboards.

He holds a PhD in Operations Management and MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has over ten years of teaching experience. He has a track record of conducting research, primarily in the areas of entrepreneurship and project management, and has twice received the best paper award from the PMI India chapter in Kerala. His primary interests are in Entrepreneurship, Project management, Operations management, & Change management. He has presented many works at national and regional conferences. He received the Young Researcher Award in the 4^th International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM 4)-2013 awarded by the Service Research Institute, USA. He was a Member of the Board of Studies in Business Process and Data Analytics Under Faculty of Social Sciences of Cochin University of Science and Technology from 28/04/2018 to 27/2/2021. He could design seven courses each for M.Voc. in Technology and Management Consulting and B.Voc. in Business Process and Data Analytics respectively.

Gowri Vijayan holds a Ph.D in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia, and a Master’s diploma in Management (Agribusiness) from CCS NIAM, Jaipur. Her Ph.D research specialized in sustainable supply chain management.  Her research interests includes circular economy, reverse logistics, SSCM, and agribusiness marketing. She has a number of research and book publications and has presented research papers in international conferences. Gowri Vijayan acted as a technical writer for an agribusiness e-learning platform from 2012 to 2016. She also has experience as a proof-reader of research papers and is currently a reviewer for several journals.

Jains holds a PhD in Finance from IFMR GSB, Krea University, awarded in July 2023 for his research thesis "Empirical Essays on the Implied Cost of Equity Capital." He began his professional career as an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. In this role, he assisted faculties in research and teaching, allowing him to develop further his skills and knowledge in his areas of interest. He gained valuable experience working with leading academics and researchers in his field. In addition to his academic experience, Jains also gained practical experience through a summer internship at Geojith BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd, a brokerage firm. This experience exposed him to real-time trading and gave him a deeper understanding of the financial markets. He graduated with an M.Com. in Business Finance from Pondicherry University, where he developed a passion for research in corporate finance, corporate governance, sustainability finance, and financial markets. Jains presented research papers at World Finance Conference 2022, Research Symposium on Finance and Economics 2022, and SEBI-NISM Conference 2022. During his PhD, he published research papers in the Investment Management and Financial Innovations and Journal of Emerging Markets Finance. His major achievements include; the third-best paper award for the paper presented at the SEBI-NISM conference in 2022.

Dr. Jegan Jayapal is an assistant professor in the area of marketing, with 1.2 years of academic experience. His area of expertise includes Internal marketing communications and Brand management. He has completed his doctoral degree in marketing from national Institute of Technology-Trichy. Also, he was a Business analyst cum consultant professional with three years of corporate experience from 2015 to 2018 in providing and managing End to End business solutions for varied industries, both in green-field projects and established business. He is a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE-FL) certified by International Requirements Engineering Board IREB®. He has undergone various certifications in digital marketing offered by google. He has conferred the "Raja Raja Cholan Award of Honor" in recognizing his outstanding contribution to academics in June 2017. He has done his BE in Mechanical Engineering before pursuing his MBA. He is Specialized in Marketing and operations. He has undergone Projects like Cost sheet analysis and Time Study analysis. He has brought in functional expertise through consulting and training assignments to improve and implement Aadhaar eKYC related projects. He was coordinating with KRA, developers, and various intermediaries. Suggested Innovative solutions/Generate ideas for improving technology, product, shopfloor, and process productivity. He was measured on their implementation's strength, viability, and feasibility. It includes designing the prototype, elicitation, client interaction, stakeholder discussion, project implementation, and handling support queries.

Engineer from REC Trichy ( NIT Trichy) worked in HCL Infosys for 4 years then joined in National Informatics Centre as Systems Engineer. Worked in NIC as Sr Systems Engineer, Principal Systems Engineer, and Technical Director in NIC Thiruvanathapuram, New Delhi, Cochin and Kavarathi. Last posting was at Lakshadweep as State Informatics Officer and Technical Director in charge of NIC UT of Lakshadweep. 

Professor Kishore holds a Ph. D. from Florida State University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Previously, he held academic positions in several leading British universities, including full professorial appointments at the Bradford University School of Management and the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. He has also served as the Dean of the ASB. His research focus is on consumer knowledge, social networks and retailing. His papers have been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Retailing, Research Policy, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, Thinking and Reasoning, Journal of Business Research, etc. He is on the editorial boards of Journal of Business Research & Industrial Marketing Management. His research has attracted funding from the British Academy. He has edited special issues of journals, chaired several conference tracks and given keynote/plenary speeches at international conferences. Prior to his academic career, Kishore served in the industry and has been a senior project manager with TNS India and the Market Analyst at Arvind Brands Limited. In 2008, Professor Kishore was awarded the Brand Leadership Award at the Asia Brand Congress 2008, in recognition of contributions to the marketing profession. In 2019, Professor Kishore was awarded the Amity Global Academic Excellence Award, in recognition of contributions to academia.

Krishnan Chandramohan has completed his PhD from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. A post graduate in management from the Sri Sathya Sai University, he has worked in the financial industry for close to two years. Krishnan has cleared level 3 of the CFA program conducted by the Global Association of Investment Professionals. 

Minnu F. Pynadath holds a PhD from the School of Management Studies at Cochin University of Science and Technology, in the topic “Drivers and Patterns of Venture Capital Valuation of Startups in India”. With over eight years of teaching experience and two years of industry exposure, she brings in a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights. She served as program manager for Additional Skill Acquisition Programme for the Government of Kerala, demonstrating her commitment to skill development for young generations. She is a certified trainer in Data Science and has served as an Evaluation Panelist at events like the Kerala Maker League Make-a-thon Finals. She has presented papers at national and international conferences, including the 4th EntFin conference in Trier, Germany. Her participation in management development programs at various institutions including IIMs and significantly the prestigious Wharton Business School FDP reflects her dedication to continuous learning. Her publications in prestigious journals and recognition for her Ivey Case publication highlight her scholarly excellence. Moreover, she is a seasoned trainer in analytical tools, contributing to both corporate and educational settings.

With a Ph. D in Computer Science (Machine Learning and Big Data) from Central University of Tamil Nadu, India and a Master of Science in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence Systems) from Central University of Kerala, he is an expert in the Artificial Intelligence technologies that impact the modern-day businesses. Prior to joining Rajagiri Business School, he was working with Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Hyderabad under the School of Business Management as the Assistant Professor of Information Technology. His research interests include Machine Learning Systems, applied data analytics to solve real world business problems in high stake domains, Technology Marketing with Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Hashmi holds a Ph.D. degree in Operations research from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She also obtained her M.Phil in the area of Operations Research from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in RBS. Prior joining to RBS she was associated with IBM, GLA University Mathura. Her area of expertise includes Mathematical Programming, Fuzzy Programming, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and Transportation Problems. She has published several Papers in reputed journals. One of her research article on supply chain management has recently been published in Computer &Industrial Engineering Journal (ABDC category A). During her research tenure she was an active researcher and presented her research work in national and international Conferences.

With over 10 years of professional experience spanning both academia and industry he holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His research interests primarily revolve around Human-Technology interface issues in learning, specifically focusing on learner dynamics at both the individual and group levels. His educational background includes a graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, followed by two post-graduate degrees, both in Management and Sociology.Commencing his professional journey as an HR Executive at Oracle India Private Limited, Bengaluru, he transitioned to academia in 2014. Accumulating over 8 years of teaching experience, he has served as an Assistant Professor at institutions including XIME, Kochi, and Union Christian College, Aluva. Furthermore, Dr. Rahul has made significant contributions as an adjunct/visiting faculty member, teaching various subjects within the HR domain, at institutions such as AMITY Global Business School (Kochi), Adi Shankara Business School (Kalady), Kochi Business School, and Providence School of Business (Chengannur) In addition to his academic pursuits, he undertakes freelance training assignments focusing on areas such as Foundations of Individual Behavior and Art-integrated learning. As a motivational speaker, he has engaged with over 30 CBSE schools across Kerala since 2022. He has additionally partnered with several institutes as a resource person, leading sessions for Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Management Development Programs (MDPs), and Orientation programs. Notable engagements include contributing to the National Commission for Women's (NCW) project conducted by IIT Madras at Sree Sankara College, Kalady, as well as facilitating orientation programs at TKM College of Engineering and Lourde Mata Institute of Management, among others.Over a span of 15 years since 2009, he has demonstrated his multifaceted talents as a Playback Singer, Music Composer, and Director. Throughout his illustrious musical journey, he has actively participated in various TV musical shows. Notably, in 2009, he secured the first runner-up title at the renowned TV reality show, Asianet Idea Star Singer.

Dr. Rintu Anthony has earned her Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology- Madras (IIT-M) and specializes in Fixed Income Markets.  Her work focuses on pricing and liquidity risk spillover across the term structure in the sovereign bond markets. She has over 5 years of teaching experience both national and international. Before joining Rajagiri, she was serving as an academic faculty for Business Management programs at the Canadore@Stanford College, Toronto, Canada.  She has presented her dissertation paper at the prestigious Southern Finance Association, USA. She has received the Institute PDF from IIT-Madras and JRF from the UGC.

Rohini holds a PhD in Management and Labour Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering, from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. She has over 11 years of experience in business consulting and training in India and Oman. Prior to joining Rajagiri, she was working as the Vice President- Learning and Development, Sahya Leadership Solutions, an Edu-Tech start up based in Kochi. She has also worked as a part time faculty in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and School of Management Studies, University of Calicut. Rohini’s research interests include human resource management, Digitalisation and gender studies.

Dr. Ronny Thomas has a PhD in economics and M.Phil in Planning and development from IIT Bombay, Mumbai. Prior to joining Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, he has one and half years of teaching experience at the School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut, Kozhikode. His research interests include international trade and FDI inter-linkage with econometric application and productivity analysis. He has presented his research papers in conferences held at University of Nottingham, Delhi School of Economics, IIM Bangalore and IIT Bombay and also published his research work. His teaching interests are managerial economics, micro economics, applied industrial organisation and applied econometrics. 

Santosh Kumar Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from IIT Roorkee and Masters in Human Resource Management from IIT Kharagpur.   His research interests include healthcare management, business negotiation, and Leadership. He has a number of research publications in reputed journals and has presented research papers in national and international conferences.

Sinimole completed her PhD in management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.. Prior to Rajagiri, she was working as an Associate Professor(Research and Business Analytics) with Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai and S P Jain School  of Global Management, Singapore  as an adjunct Faculty.  Her research interests include Organizational Performance and efficiency. Her teaching interests include Business Analytics, Operations Research and Business Statistics.

She is an MBA from Vikram Universiity Ujjain, M.Phil frm Alagappa University, Karaikudy and Ph. D from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Before joining the field of academics, she had a brief stint in the Industry. She worked as an Associate-Women’s Health care in Foreva – A division of Unichem Laboratories Ltd for three years. She has around 12 years of teaching experience and she has worked in several reputed B-schools in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. She has participated and presented papers in several national and international conferences and has published articles in reputed journals and edited volume books. She has also been a visiting scholar at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo and Nazareth College, Rochester, USA.

Dr. Somesh has done his PhD in Marketing Management from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal. He was a UGC Research Fellow.  His research area includes Sales Promotion, Brand Management, Consumer behavior, Digital and Social Media Marketing.  He has research publications in various international journals to his credit. He has also presented papers in national and international conferences. He also has five years of teaching and industry experience. 

She has Ph.D. in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. She has done MS in Project management from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. She is gold medallist in BTech from Utkal University and also holds a bachelor’s degree in law. She has worked for Department of Atomic energy as Scientific Officer prior to PhD.

Vimal Krishnan R holds a partnered Ph.D. in design from the Department of Design, IIT Hyderabad and the School of Design and Architecture, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.  His doctoral study focused on the interplay of emotion and cognition in conceptual graphic design. His research articles have been published in leading international peer reviewed journals such as Design Studies and The Design Journal. He has also contributed chapters to the proceedings of several international conferences. He has presented papers and posters at several national and international conferences organized by University of Strathclyde, U.K., Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, Manchester Metropolitan University, U.K., Politecnico Di Milano, Italy, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru and IDC – IIT Mumbai. He has also completed a new media storytelling project supported by India Foundation for the Arts, Bengaluru, which leverages the power of emerging technologies like virtual reality. As a teaching assistant, he has delivered sessions on topics like ‘Design and Emotion’ (interaction design course-IIT Hyderabad), ‘Design, Empathy, VR’ (AI and Interaction design course – IIT Hyderabad), ‘Word and Image’ (Word and image course- IIT Hyderabad). His broad research interests include graphic design, visual design, visual culture, design cognition, and new approaches to studying the creative and reflective traditions of India.

Vineetha Prakash holds a PhD in Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala; in the area of Human Resource Management. She was the recipient of the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for doctoral research. She has published research papers in journals and also presented papers at conferences. Prior to moving to academia and research, she has gained industry experience of 3.5 years, having worked with two major multi-national organizations in the IT industry. Her research interests include work-life balance, employee well-being and employee engagement.
