<p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="background-color:#fbfbfb">Rohini holds a PhD in Management and Labour Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering, from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. She has over 11 years of experience in business consulting and training in India and Oman. Prior to joining Rajagiri, she was working as the Vice President- Learning and Development, Sahya Leadership Solutions, an Edu-Tech start up based in Kochi. She has also worked as a part time faculty in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and School of Management Studies, University of Calicut. Rohini&rsquo;s research interests include human resource management, Digitalisation and gender studies.</span></span></span></span></p>
