He holds MCOM, MBA and MPhil in commerce prior to his doctoral degree. He is the recipient of the doctoral research fellow from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. His Ph.D. research focused on the effect ownership structure on firm performance and liquidity. His research interest includes corporate finance, corporate governance and sustainable finance. He has published research papers in many national and international journals of repute. He has presented his research works at IIMA, IIMB and IIMR. He has published case studies at Case Center, UK and Sage. He has attended many faculty development programs and workshops conducted by IIM Kozhikode and NIT Rourkela.&nbsp;He has around 14 years of experience consisting of both industry and academia. He has taught accounting and finance papers to BBA, PGDM and MBA students. He has trained corporate executives of West Coal Fields from Coal India Ltd. He has worked with institutions like IMIS Bhubaneswar, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Bhopal and Symbiosis Institute of Business Studies (SIBM) prior to joining with Rajagiri Business School.</span></span></span></span></p>
