He holds a PhD in Operations Management and an MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology. His research spans entrepreneurship, project management, operations management, and change management, with a strong track record of publications and conference presentations. He has twice received the Best Paper Award from the PMI India Chapter in Kerala and was honored with the Young Researcher Award at the 4th International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM 4), awarded by the Service Research Institute, USA. His case studies published with SAGE Business Cases have received international recognition, including the Editors’ Choice Award. In 2024, he received the Emerald Literati Outstanding Paper Award for his work on startup failure and premature scaling. He has held consulting and academic positions in India, Germany, and the UK, including a role as Visiting Research Scholar at WFI Ingolstadt School of Management. At Rajagiri, he is the Faculty Coordinator of Institutional Innovation Council initiatives and contributes to building resilient, future-ready organizations by integrating practice-based insights, systems thinking, and scalable learning models.
