Rev. Dr. Reginold John CMI is an accomplished academician with nearly a decade of experience in higher education, marked by significant contributions to teaching, research, academic leadership, and institutional development. He currently serves as the Administrator of the Valley Campus of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, where he plays a vital role in strengthening academic excellence, enhancing student engagement, and overseeing campus administration. He has also been actively involved in promoting co-curricular and extracurricular initiatives that support the holistic development of students and enrich the institution’s academic environment. Dr. Reginold holds his M.Phil. from Bharathiar University and Ph.D. from Mahatma Gandhi University. He also possesses Master’s degrees in Philosophy and Business Administration (Human Resource Management). He qualified the UGC-NET examination in 2017, reflecting his academic competence and dedication to higher education. His doctoral research examined the impact of flexible work arrangements on work-life balance, employee engagement, and employee retention intentions in the Indian IT sector during the post-COVID era. The study highlights his engagement with contemporary organizational dynamics and evolving workplace practices. Dr. Reginold’s teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics, and Strategic Industrial Relations. He has attended many national and international academic conferences and has undertaken academic visits and professional engagements across several European countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. These international exposures have broadened his global perspective on management education, research collaboration, and institutional practices. Over the years, he has built a strong academic profile through his commitment to management education, research, and the study of emerging organizational challenges and management trends. Through his multifaceted contributions as an educator, researcher, and leader, Rev. Dr. Reginold John CMI continues to make a meaningful impact in higher education, with a sustained commitment to academic innovation, student development, and scholarly advancement.
