RCBS-Kalypso Outbound Training Programme (OBT)

The Kalypso OBT is designed to bring out management skills like planning, organizing, decision making, communication, team building and adaptability in the students. The harshness of the natural environment inculcates hardiness and discipline among students.

Rural Sensitisation Camp

The weeklong programme is aimed at inculcating social sensitivity among students, thereby encouraging them to creatively address the social issues around them. Students take up project/projects in a rural area and get exposed to an environment totally devoid of the comforts of modern lifestyle .This gives them a first-hand experience of managing with limited resources and team work.

Vanavasam

Vanavasam is a three day programme aimed at unveiling the self in the silence of the woods. Based on MBTI personality test, students learn about themselves through introspection and peer group observation. Conducted in faraway forest destinations, the programme includes trekking expeditions and mediation sessions.

Industry Interaction

Enriching industry interaction sessions with professionals, give students insights into the tried and tested avenues of business. The students are also active participants in the interaction programmes conducted by National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Kerala Management Association (KMA)

Rajagiri "In Pursuit of Excellence" Lecture Series

The Rajagiri "In Pursuit of Excellence" Lecture Series brings to campus the most distinguished scholars and peakers for lectures and interactions with students and faculty. The lecture series helps achieve the objective of diffusing knowledge to inspire lasting changes in students. A few speakers of the Excellence Lecture Series include Formed President Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, Former Union Misnister Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyer, MR. K.M. Chandrashekhar IAS, Mr. T.K. A. Nair IAS, Mr. Venu Rajamony IFS, Mr. T.P. Srinivasan IFS, Padmashree Prof.(Dr.)N.R. Madhava Menon, MR. Dileep Renjekar, Mr.Kris Gopalakrishnan and Mr. Shibulal. MA)

Summer Internship

The Summer Internship is an intensive two months training programme in corporate houses across India. Students get exposed to the fundamentals of business and get hands-on experience that supplements pedagogy.

SHRM Training

RCBS is a Centre of Excellence of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) India and is the only such centre in Kerala. SHRM India is a part of SHRM, the world's largest professional human resource association with presence in 140 countries. Certified HR professionals and experts from various industries and discipline around the globe train students through programmes which include Work Force Readiness (WFR), Professional in Human Resource (PHR) and Business Professional in HR (HRBP)

Foreign Language Training

At RCBS, students also are given the opportunity to master foreign languages. Currently foreign language courses are being offered in Italian and French by a foreign instructor.
