<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="color:null"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">He did his post-graduation with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and received his doctorate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. He has done his Faculty Development Program (FDP) in Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) &ndash; Ahmedabad. He has over 15 years of research and teaching experience. His former employers consist of Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai, Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune and R. M. College of Social Work, Osmania University, Hyderabad and North Maharashtra University (NMU), Jalgaon- Maharashtra. He has been a visiting international scholar at Lille University (Universite Catholique de Lille), France; Vives University College, Belgium; and Catholic University of Eichst&auml;tt-Ingolstadt, Germany. He has specialized in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Environmental Management and Sustainable Development. He is a CESIM certified trainer.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>
