Dr. Sitanshu Sekhar Das prior to joining Rajagiri Business School, Kochi was a Research Associate at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, from where he received his Doctorate in Management (OB & HR). He was a UGC Research Fellow. His research areas include leadership, personality, employee engagement, employer branding, well-being, and disaster trauma. Dr. Das has research publications in various international journals to his credit. He also has four years of experience in teaching and research. He has conducted and facilitated workshops for students, faculty, and corporate trainees on diverse topics including research methodology, structural equation modelling (SEM), and interpersonal relationship.  He has also presented papers in national and international conferences. He was a part of the team that was responsible for the human resource planning of South Eastern Coalfield Limited (SECL a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd.) for the year 2019-2024.
