M.B. Saikrishna holds a Ph.D. in Commerce (HR & OB) from Loyola College (Autonomous), Chennai. His doctoral research focused on leadership and employee behavioural outcomes, particularly servant leadership, organizational citizenship behaviour, psychological empowerment, and proactive personality. His research interests primarily revolve around Leadership Studies, Organizational Behaviour, Workplace Conflict, Employee Engagement, Ethical Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, and Qualitative Research Methodologies. He is also interested in advanced research methodologies, including fsQCA, curvilinear modelling, experimental research designs, and mixed-method approaches. He has published research articles in reputed ABDC, SSCI, and Scopus-indexed journals. His publications appear in internationally recognized journals such as Personnel Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, Acta Psychologica, International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy etc. His research contributions span areas including workplace conflict, employee engagement, unethical workplace behaviour, gig economy experiences, environmental leadership, and technology-enabled learning. He has reviewed articles for reputed ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Management Studies. He has also served as an invited reviewer for internationally recognized peer-reviewed management journals. Prior to entering academia, he worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG, Kochi.
