Simon Jacob C holds a PhD from School of Management Studies (SMS), Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kerala. His doctoral thesis was in the area of Human Resource Management and Service Quality in the hospital sector. He is a multi-disciplinarian with a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management (MPM) and an LL.B with Labour Laws. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with specialisation in Operations Management. His industry experience spans over 19 years in the diverse spectrum. He joined as a full-time member of the faculty at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences in Oct 2004 and has a post graduate teaching experience over 15 years. He had undergone FDP in Management at IIM A, FDP at IIM K, SDP at IIT Kharagpur, QIP at TAPMI, Manipal and qualified UGC/NET Lectureship in Management. He had also undergone European Summer Programme (ESP) at Catholic University- Lille, France. He is a CAMI-USA Certified Recruitment Analyst and handles courses in the areas of Human Resources Management, Operations Management and Business & Labour Laws.
