A post graduate in Social Work (specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work) from Loyola College (Autonomous) Chennai and M. Phil in Social Work from University of Madras, his PhD is in the area of Child Development and is currently pursuing his post-doctoral program in York University, UK. He is a partner in International Centre for Mental Health Social Research (ICMHSR), York University, UK and was a visiting International Scholar to Western Washington, Columbus University, Western Michigan University, Nazareth University and University of Maryland, USA. He is an international faculty in the University of Applied Sciences, Western Switzerland and Vives University, Belgium and received the UK India Education and Research Initiative award (UKIERI) from British Council, UK, for a period of three years (2017 – 2020).
Dr. Joseph I. Injodey is a Post Graduate (Loyola College, Chennai) and Ph.D (M.G University, Kottayam). With 25 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate level in Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and Loyola College, Chennai, he is widely travelled and has been a visiting international scholar at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan State, USA. An accomplished trainer, he has offered various training programmes both in India and abroad, including "Skills for Counseling for Managers", for the Senior Managers, Bank Muscat, Oman. His areas of interest are mentoring, employee resourcing and counseling. He is counselor and part of the expert panel for employee selection in many companies and educational institutions.
Dr. Binoy Joseph has extensive expertise in the areas of Employee Resourcing, Performance Management, Reward Management and HR Accounting and Auditing and his core research interest lies in HRM Innovations. He has had professional experience in the hospitality industry. He has been a Visiting International Scholar at Western Michigan University, USA, and was also engaged in research on Employee Plan and Corporate Performance. He has received his doctoral degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in the topic "Innovative Human Resource Practices and HR Outcomes in Software Firms. He has received the prestigious AUDI Professorship 2013 Fellowship. He made a presentation in Audi Company in Ingolstadt Germany on 'People Management Challenges for German Managers in India'. He also took a course ' International Human Resource Management' for the students in Catholic University, Ingolstadt, Germany.
