<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="color:null"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="background-color:#fbfbfb">With over 10 years of professional experience spanning both academia and industry he holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. His research interests primarily revolve around Human-Technology interface issues in learning, specifically focusing on learner dynamics at both the individual and group levels. His educational background includes a graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, followed by two post-graduate degrees, both in Management and Sociology. Commencing his professional journey as an HR Executive at Oracle India Private Limited, Bengaluru, he transitioned to academia in 2014. Accumulating over 8 years of teaching experience, he has served as an Assistant Professor at institutions including XIME, Kochi, and Union Christian College, Aluva. Furthermore, Dr. Rahul has made significant contributions as an adjunct/visiting faculty member, teaching various subjects within the HR domain, at institutions such as AMITY Global Business School (Kochi), Adi Shankara Business School (Kalady), Kochi Business School, and Providence School of Business (Chengannur)&nbsp;In addition to his academic pursuits, he undertakes freelance training assignments focusing on areas such as Foundations of Individual Behavior and Art-integrated learning. As a motivational speaker, he has engaged with over 30 CBSE schools across Kerala since 2022. He has additionally partnered with several institutes as a resource person, leading sessions for Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Management Development Programs (MDPs), and Orientation programs. Notable engagements include contributing to the National Commission for Women&#39;s (NCW) project conducted by IIT Madras at Sree Sankara College, Kalady, as well as facilitating orientation programs at TKM College of Engineering and Lourde Mata Institute of Management, among others.Over a span of 15 years since 2009, he has demonstrated his multifaceted talents as a Playback Singer, Music Composer, and Director. Throughout his illustrious musical journey, he has actively participated in various TV musical shows. Notably, in 2009, he secured the first runner-up title at the renowned TV reality show, Asianet Idea Star Singer.</span></span></span></span></p>
